AutoRABIT reshapes its leadership landscape, snagging top talent from rival firms to escalate its competitive edge in Salesforce DevOps.

In a bold play, AutoRABIT has strengthened its executive team, luring Andrew Davis and Christopher Stern from industry rivals. Andrew Davis, known for his book "Mastering Salesforce DevOps," has been appointed Chief Product Officer. Davis' prior role was at Copado, where he led training and methodology development. Christopher Stern, who was previously VP of Marketing at Flosum, is now AutoRABIT’s Vice President of Product Marketing.

Dreamforce play

These strategic hires come ahead of the highly-anticipated Dreamforce event and follow AutoRABIT's latest expansions in data and metadata security offerings. Just this year, the company rolled out enhanced features for its CodeScan and Vault products aimed at helping companies in regulated industries meet compliance requirements. AutoRABIT’s services range from automated scans of Salesforce environments to data backup and recovery capabilities.

Davis brings a deep background in Salesforce DevOps, having been active in the space since 2014. He also has experience in blending Lean principles with human-centric operational systems. Stern, on the other hand, adds over two decades of SaaS marketing experience and is lauded for his ability to balance creative, technical, and strategic aspects in his work.

Standing out

These latest executive hires are part of AutoRABIT’s calculated steps to ramp up its competitive stance in the Salesforce DevOps market. Both Davis and Stern have been hired from within the industry, signaling a concerted effort by AutoRABIT to strengthen its team and extend its product offerings. This series of moves highlights AutoRABIT's intent to be a major contender in a growing and competitive field, especially as companies increasingly view every worker as a potential software developer thanks to low-code platforms like Salesforce.
